Personal training here means one client and one coach in the room, working from a program written for that client. Not a class you follow along with from the back row, and not a template with somebody else’s name crossed out at the top of it.
Most people arrive with something specific in the way. A back that acts up after eight hours sitting at a desk, a shoulder that hasn’t moved right since that skiing accident, or knees that are better at predicting the weather than getting you up a flight of stairs. We have the certification and experience to recognize the root causes of these limitations, design exercise programs that account for them, or even correct them, and coach you through the regimen every rep of the way.
Which is why sessions are built to be repeatable rather than impressive. Anything that leaves you too wrecked to come back later in the week has failed, whatever it did to your heart rate at the time. Progress comes from the number of good sessions you stack up, and that number is decided by whether you keep showing up.
